1. Who We Are
SakhiCarePlus operates as an authorized Diagnostic Service Associate (DSA) for Thyrocare. We help you discover tests and packages and facilitate your enquiry through to a confirmed booking on Thyrocare's own platform. We are not Thyrocare itself, and this site is not an official Thyrocare property.
2. This Is Not a Live Booking Engine
Submitting an enquiry through this website does not create a confirmed booking.
An enquiry is a request for us to contact you and confirm details (test/package, preferred date, address). Once confirmed, we personally create your booking on Thyrocare's own system. Any status shown in "My Account" reflects what our team has manually updated — it is not a live feed from Thyrocare's systems.
3. Pricing & Availability
Prices displayed are indicative and sourced from Thyrocare's published rate list at the time of listing. Prices, test parameters, and package inclusions may change without notice; we'll confirm final pricing with you before booking. We reserve the right to correct listing errors.
4. No Payment Processing
This website does not process payments or store payment information. Any payment for your test or package is handled directly between you and Thyrocare as part of their own booking and collection process.
5. Sample Collection, Testing & Reports
Once your test is booked, Thyrocare is solely responsible for scheduling sample collection, processing your sample, and delivering your report. We have no ability to expedite, alter, or access your results, and we are not liable for delays, errors, or issues arising from Thyrocare's service delivery. Concerns about your test itself should be raised directly with Thyrocare using the booking reference we provide you.
6. Account Responsibilities
If you register an account, you're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for the accuracy of the information you provide. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, SakhiCarePlus's liability is limited to facilitating your enquiry and booking process. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Thyrocare's testing services, including but not limited to delays in collection, processing, or report delivery.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
