SakhiCarePlus ("we", "us", "our") is an authorized Thyrocare Diagnostic Service Associate (DSA). This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and how it's used — in plain language, without legal filler.
1. Information We Collect
When you submit an enquiry, register for an account, or contact us, we collect:
- Name, mobile number, email address, and postal address
- The test or package you're enquiring about and your preferred date
- Any message or details you choose to share with us
- Basic usage data (pages visited, browser type) via analytics tools like Google Analytics
We do not collect payment information — this website does not process payments, and we do not ask for card or bank details anywhere on it.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To respond to your enquiry and confirm test/package details by phone or WhatsApp
- To create and manage your SakhiCarePlus account, if you register
- To book your test or package on Thyrocare's booking platform, once details are confirmed with you
- To send you enquiry/booking status updates
- To improve our website and catalog based on aggregate usage patterns
3. Sharing Your Information With Thyrocare
Once you confirm you'd like to proceed, we share the details necessary to create a booking — your name, contact number, address, and selected test/package — with Thyrocare through their official booking panel. From that point, Thyrocare independently handles sample collection, lab processing, and report delivery, and is separately responsible for the data you share directly with them (such as your test results).
Important: we do not store or have access to your Thyrocare lab reports or test results on our systems. Once your test is booked, your results are a matter between you and Thyrocare.
4. Data Retention
We retain your enquiry and account information for as long as your account is active, or as needed to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
5. Your Rights
In line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act), you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate or outdated information
- Request deletion of your data, subject to legal record-keeping requirements
- Withdraw consent for non-essential communications at any time
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at sakhicareplus@gmail.com.
6. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data, including restricted access to customer records and secure storage of passwords. No online system is 100% secure, but we take these protections seriously given the sensitivity of health-adjacent enquiry data.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
